MAN DIES IN LANDINGS CRASH

SAVANNAH, GA. (February 11, 2014): A 68-year-old Savannah man died Tuesday night when his convertible overturned in a Landings neighborhood.

Jeffrey Blaisdell of a Cricket Court address was declared dead at the scene at South Landings Way and Blackgum Lane after the 8:42 p.m. accident.

He had been traveling southbound on Landings Way when his red PT Cruiser left the roadway and traveled through a row of bushes before rolling onto its side in the yard of a residence.

The Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) of the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department continues to investigate.
