SAVANNAH, GA (November 21, 2013): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Islands Precinct Detectives are searching for four suspects who stole nearly $1000 in hair weave from an east Savannah beauty supply store, on the 1900 block of E. Victory Drive.

At 3:34 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, surveillance cameras recorded the suspects entering the store and examining merchandise as though they were shopping. An employee bagged the hair selected by the suspects, and extended their hand to receive payment. The suspect then grabbed the bag and ran out of building. The three accomplices followed.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Crimestoppers at (912) 234-2020 or text CRIMES (274637). Tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
