Horton was traveling west on Greenbriar Court on a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he accelerated and lost control in a slight bend in the roadway and struck a parked car.

Sullivan was injured in front of his house in the Skidaway Terrace neighborhood while riding the small Razor electric scooter that collided with a Destin scooter being ridden on Emory Drive by a 13-year-old neighborhood youth.
