MAN ‘CRITICAL’ AFTER CRASH

SAVANNAH, GA (January 19, 2013): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police are investigating a one-car crash that left a 74-year-old Savannah man in critical condition Saturday.

Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) officers said a medical condition caused a gold Cadillac driven by Richard Williams of a Cricket Street address to cross over a curb and shrubbery beside the Green Tea restaurant at Waters Avenue and Eisenhower Drive and crash into a brick fence.

He was transported to Memorial University Medical Center for treatment. MAIT continues to investigate the accident.
