MAN CHARGED AFTER FIRING GUN

SAVANNAH, GA (December 11, 2012) A Savannah man has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of reckless conduct after firing a handgun while arguing with his wife and her relatives.

 Ryan Polselli of Forest Cove subdivision surrendered to Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police after relatives reported he had threatened them and discharged a handgun in the front yard.

 Polselli had arrived at the residence while his wife and relatives were removing items from the house and an argument had ensued. He was in the house when West Chatham Precinct officers arrived but followed their instruction to walk outside. The handgun was found in the house.
