SAVANNAH, GA ( July 17, 2012 ) A man is in serious condition tonight after being shot trying to break up a fight between a group of juveniles.

Police were dispatched to Memorial University Medical Center just after 6:30 pm, after Larry Briggs showed up at the emergency room suffering from a gun shot wound.
