TRAFFIC CONTROL BOXES SOUGHT

 

SAVANNAH, GA (April 2, 2012): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police are looking for 10 traffic control signal boxes stolen from a City of Savannah storage facility over the weekend.

The boxes, valued at about $8,000 each, were taken from the Traffic Engineering storage facility on Louisville Road after someone removed a gate and drove into the yard.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact call Crimestoppers at (912) 234-2020 or text CRIMES (274637). In the body type, include “CStop2020” plus the tip. Tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
